If Westfield would post special coupons that you could only get by "liking" them, then I could see a benefit. Personally, I don't shop enough to want to be a "Fan" :)
Jeremy, that seems to make sense, any activity that can drive loyalty here over and above competing malls could be an idea. However, I agree, it really only works if you are a motivated shopper, or they offer something truly unique....
